LT Pro Eligibility
One approval. Every Pro start in 2027.
What it is: Starting in 2027, you need an LT Pro Number to race the Pro race at Life Time’s major off-road events. One approval covers all of them for the 2027 season, and you need your number before you register.
Why we’re doing it: The Pro start line should be athletes who have shown they can race at that level. A published standard makes the process clear and the same for everyone. It also gets you a quick answer and gives you a way to earn Pro status by racing.
What it isn’t: An LT Pro Number is not a free or guaranteed entry. You still register, or enter the lottery, like everyone else, using a separate Pro registration link.
How to get one: Look yourself up in the form below. If you’re already approved, it will tell you. If your results meet an automatic standard, submit the form and your LT Pro Number is emailed to you. Anything else goes to the selection committee, who will review your results and get back to you.

CUTOFF TIMES
How to read these tables
Find your race, the year and your field (Men or Women). The cutoff is 110 percent of the winner’s time, so a finish time under it is within 10 percent of the winner.
Not sure of your time? Each race has a link to its full results so you can look it up.

Finishing under the cutoff at any of these races in 2025 or 2026 qualifies you.

QUESTIONS
FAQ
When will I hear back?
If your results meet an automatic standard, you'll get an email shortly after you send the form. Everything else goes to the selection committee, and you'll hear back within a week.
Is there a deadline to apply?
No, the form is always open. Apply well before lottery dates and events that sell out, so your number is ready when registration opens.
What if an event opens before I'm approved?
Register for the age group race, then apply. If you're approved, we'll move you to the Pro race. If not, you stay in your age group race.
How long does LT Pro status last?
One calendar year. If your 2027 results meet an automatic standard, you're approved for 2028 automatically. Otherwise you apply again each year.
If I'm not approved, can I apply again?
Yes. Any time you earn a new qualifying result, apply again and the committee will review it.
Can I race age group at an LT Pro Event without a number?
Yes. A standout age group result can also count toward an LT Pro Number.
If I'm approved, do I have to race Pro?
No. You can still race age group.
Is an LT Pro Number the same as being in the Life Time Grand Prix?
No. An LT Pro Number lets you race the Pro race at LT Pro Events. The Life Time Grand Prix is a separate series with its own selection process.
Does it cost anything to apply?
No, applying is free.
Who reviews applications?
The selection committee, made up of Life Time race and series staff.
