2027 SEASON
A new performance-based path into the series
In 2027, the Life Time Grand Prix is introducing a new performance-based qualification format designed to create a clearer path for athletes to earn their place in the Series.
The field will feature 25 women and 25 men, bringing together 50 of the best off-road racers in the world. The 2026 top-10 athletes and the U23 champions will earn automatic invitations, while the remaining spots will be decided through head-to-head competition at Sea Otter Gravel and Sea Otter Fuego XL.
Once the field is set, the championship comes down to seven races, one drop and a season-long battle for the title.
