- The top overall U23 athlete from the previous year’s series
- A minimum of 16 selected athletes (additional slots may open if one or more top-five athletes do not return)
- Three Wild Card athletes, chosen following UNBOUND Gravel 200
- Complimentary entry to all Life Time Grand Prix races
- Complimentary entry to Life Time’s full portfolio of athletic events
- Complimentary Life Time club access (including 10 guest passes, valued at $600/year)
- Access to $350,000 in series prize money for top-10 overall
- Access to $240,000 in event prize money
- $2,500 professional finisher compensation (3+ finishes) to 11th place and up
- Applications will be evaluated based on performances over the past 12 months at Life Time-owned and select national and international off-road events, including Sea Otter Classic, UNBOUND Gravel, Leadville Trail 100 MTB, Chequamegon MTB Festival, The Rad Dirt Fest, Crusher in the Tushar, Lutsen 99er, and global events such as Cape Epic, BC Bike Race, and the UCI Gravel World Championships.
- Athletes must be 18 years or older by December 31, 2025. Life Time retains sole discretion to evaluate athletes and determine the final roster.

The Life Time Grand Prix℠ prioritizes gender parity in the series, with an equal number of men and women with an equal prize purse. Riders will be selected based on a range of criteria, including but not limited to, their race resume and past race performances, their interest in becoming a part of the Life Time Grand Prix, and how the rider is helping to grow cycling in the U.S. through their activities.
